The goodness of God leads you to repentance. Romans 2.4

Stunning goodness !

The Bible mentions the goodness of God a hundred times. It affirms that God is rich in goodness, that he never ceases to manifest it towards lost humanity : As the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his goodness to those who fear him (Psalm 103:11).

For David, the goodness of God was worth more than life (Psalm 63:4). She was so important that he exclaimed : Oh ! If I was not sure to see the goodness of the Eternal in the land of the living... Hope in the Eternal ! Strengthen yourself and strengthen your heart. Hope in the Eternal ! (Psalm 27.13-14)

Kindness is a quality that leads to doing good, to being kind to others. This is exactly what God desires for his creatures. His goodness demonstrates his benevolence and his mercy towards the sinners that we are : I do not desire the death of the sinner, but that he converts, changes his behavior, and that he lives. (Ezekiel 33.11)

The prophet Jeremiah experienced fierce opposition from his fellow citizens who refused God's message. But he had such faith in the goodness of God that he could still say : The Eternal is kind to those who hope in Him, to the soul that seeks Him (Lamentations 3:25).

So do not refuse to benefit from the goodness of God.
