Paul in Antioch of Pisidia :

When we go through Paul's preaching, we note the difference in style between the preaching that is addressed to believers and the one addressed to pagans... Paul is aware that he is speaking to people who believe already in God, who already know the commandments and who fear God. He does not preach the law to them because they already know it, but he focuses his message on prophetic fulfillment (Acts 13:27, 32-37).

Paul preaches the Good News by emphasizing the crucifixion, the resurrection, and closes his message by addressing the theme of justification stating that "it is through him (Jesus) that the forgiveness of sins is announced to you, and that whoever believes He is justified by all things you could not be justified by the law of Moses" (Acts 13: 38-39).

Paul in Athens :

In Athens, Paul adapts once again to his audience.

1 - He first presents the true God

2 - He denounces superstition, ignorance, idolatry by elevating the person of the creator God

3 - Then he presents the man, creature of God, but also sinner

4 - And then, implicitly, he denounces the transgression of the 1st and 2nd commandment of the law

5 - And to close, he preaches repentance, judgment and resurrection
