And if I had known ?

I was preaching one day in a church in the summer of 2014, and for the first time I decided to preach on the topic of finances. I had never preached on this subject, and this church needed it. Yet, I felt that it was not the right message. A few hours before, I had the heart to talk about the good Samaritan. In this story of Luke 10, a man was coming down from Jerusalem to Jericho. He fell among the robbers, who stripped him, beat him, and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest (who represents the man of the Word), who by chance came down the same path, saw this man, went over. A Levite (who represents the man of praise), who also arrived in this place, having seen it, passed over. But a Samaritan, who was traveling, having come here, was moved with compassion when he saw him. He drew near, and bound his wounds, pouring in oil and wine ; then he put him on his own horse, took him to an inn, and took care of him. The next day he took two pennies, gave them to the guest, and said : "Take care of him, and what you will spend more, I will repay you on my return."

I preached about those people who are not interested in anyone and to whom even people who meditate on the Word of God and praise the Lord (priest and Levite) pay no attention. During my message, I saw a woman who looked like she had cancer. I was moved with compassion. I approached and took his chin. I had never done that. I prayed for her, then hugged her, and continued my message. After my message, the woman approached me and thanked me. My little girl and I were surprised to hear she had the voice of a man. It was actually a man who dressed as a woman and took hormones to get everything from a woman. He had to have an operation a few days later. I took him into the office, took authority against impure spirits in his life, and he fell unconscious for several hours. He abandoned the operation and approached the Lord... for a while. I told myself that if I had known who he was, I would certainly never have taken him in my arms, yet the Holy Spirit had pushed me to do it. Jesus, Him, would have done it.
