Angels around us

But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the prison, brought them out and said to them : Go ahead, stand in the temple and announce to the people all the words of new life. Acts 5:19, 20

Demon activity and worship of Satan are increasing in all parts of the world. The devil is at work more than at any other time. The Bible says that because he realizes that his time is short, Satan's activity will increase. But his bad activities are thwarted for the people of God by his tutelary spirits, the saints of the angelic order. Christians should never fail to feel the working of angelic glory. He forever eclipses the world of demonic powers, like the sun making the light of a candle. If you are a believer, expect powerful angels to accompany you in your life experiences. And let these events dramatically illustrate the friendly presence of the "saints" as Daniel calls them. Certainly, the eye of faith sees much evidence of the supernatural display of the power and glory of God. God is always in business.

Prayer for the day

When I am tempted by Satan, I will remember that your angels are around me, Lord.
