At the restaurant

The restaurant is a very nice place to talk about Jesus. People are often, depending on the seasons, places and times, quite relaxed. The meal remains a convivial moment of sharing and pleasure. People have their mouths and belly open, so why not take the opportunity to talk to their heart, in case it's open ?!

I talked about Jesus in several restaurants. I have sometimes asked the server if he would pray for the meal, offer to pray for a server, leave gospels, business cards, books, servers and restorers. Enjoy ! As a teenager, I worked in several restaurants, from the simple restaurant to the 4-star restaurant. The restaurant is a special place, and if Jesus was able to share the Good News around a table, if he could offer the Samaritan woman fresh water to come to draw, we can also enjoy those moments when the people come to drink and to eat.

In a certain restaurant, I saw the waitresses sitting outside taking their break. I sat on their bench and started talking with them. One of them looked a little scared at the attacks that were happening here and there, thinking that we had entered a third world war, and that it was still a kind of religious war , where everyone thought they had the true God. You have to be ready to answer that kind of question.

I spent a day in front of a bar, and I suggested to a whole group of young people to pray for someone with a backache. One young person had a backache and I prayed for him, finding that something had happened. Already, in the restaurant of my college, I tell a friend that I was a Christian. He told me he had been at the Protestant scouts. This young man came to church several times and even did a Bible camp with me.
