Baptized to be witnesses (continued)

We were filled with the Holy Spirit at our new birth and we became his temple, that allowed us to be saved and to be able to develop a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit to teach us and show us things. to come up. But we have been baptized to be witnesses. Even the prayer in tongues and the gifts of the Spirit, which are benefits of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and are destined for our edification, exist so that we may be witnesses. The various gifts of the Spirit, even though they can be communicated to raise a brother or sister, are there to make him and her witnesses.

Until we accept this truth, we will fight against God and oppose the Holy Spirit. If we do not realize that we have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit to testify, we will miss it.

Witnessing is a privilege, a benefit and a responsibility. It's a bit like being a paren t: it's a great privilege, a great blessing, but also a lot of responsibility. Our responsibility is great as witnesses. It is not for nothing that the Acts of the Apostles, or rather we should call them, the Acts of the Holy Spirit, begin with this statement.

We can not pretend not to have understood and want to continue our reading. Can we read the epistles without obeying chapter 1 of the Acts ? Thus, we can not read the Acts of the Holy Spirit without becoming witnesses.
