Be the person God search
Searching the Scriptures
Indeed, the Eternal gazes all over the earth to support those whose hearts are unreservedly attached to him. 2 Chronicles 16.9
God is looking for people who are passionate about the things they are passionate about. He is looking for people ready to follow him with all their heart, who will love others in their workplace, in their neighborhood and in their home ; those who are committed to loving the poor, those in need and those who do not yet know God. He's just looking for those who are willing to do what the Bible tells us to do.
2 Chronicles 16:9 says that God is constantly seeking to "support those whose hearts are unreservedly attached to Him." Are you one of them ? If not, I would like to encourage you and tell you that you can be that person God is looking for.
Whether you have known the Lord for many years or have just started your life with him, you can be that person who will passionately seek God and listen to the Holy Spirit.
You can be that person who will make a difference in the lives of those who are suffering. Stand up today and be that person that God is looking for.
Listen to the voice of God
Let’s take the time to listen to what God means. Ask God to whom he is calling you, to stand up and make a difference.
Praying is easy. Talk to God as you would your closest friend. God loves you and he can hear everything. Here is an example prayer : "My God, I want more than anything else to be the person you are looking for. Lead me and guide me on the path you want me to take."
Praise God
To praise God is to show him our gratitude. What are your subjects of recognition today ? Take a time to thank the Lord.
Act today
Now dig deeper into what you have received. What can you do to apply what God has told you ? Write down the concrete actions you can take.
Honor the Lord
Our route for the day ends. Let us pray together to honor our God.
"Lord, thank you for being the One who transforms my heart to mold me in your image. Yours be the kingdom, the power and the glory, amen !"
