Cure for bullying !

Psalms 22.13 - They open their mouths against me, like a lion that tears and roars.

You may have felt this feeling before : you are stuck in a situation and the devil is harassing you with his roars and mockery ! He specializes in terror of all kinds, making believe in his omnipotence to crush you like a human being crushes an ant. I agree it can be awesome and, somewhere, it's only natural that we are intimidated. Nevertheless, he will always remain the prince of illusion !

The Lord Jesus warned us that he was the father of lies. Even though the words he whispers in our ears sound very true, they have one purpose : to deceive us. How could a being whose bottom is false tell the truth ? Although he can be threatening like a lion opening its mouth, all he has within him is the power of his illusions.

My beloved, what is force of law in the universe is the Word of God ! Whether the packaging is seductive or scary, the devil's junk, who tries to persuade us that God is a liar, is nothing but blank, wind, a chimera... Take the test : brandish the Word of God in front of his people. threats and you will see that he will flee from you. Resist it and you will see if the wind and the big waves do not suddenly calm down (Mark 4.39).

It is still necessary to put the whole of the Word into practice : "Resist the devil", yes, but also and above all "submit to God" ! Not all creatures in hell can oppose a disciple who is subject to his God. But if he isn't, then why would evil spirits submit to a human being's word just because he uses the name of Jesus. They will laugh.

My beloved, let us not be afraid of lions who open their mouths. By the power of the name of Jesus and because He died on the cross, we can scare them away from us.
