Do you believe that God can do it ?

Jesus said to them : Do you believe that I can do this ? Matthew 9.28

What you believe influences your life.

One day, Jesus told two lepers : "Let it be done to you according to your faith." Matthew 9.29

In Greek the word faith is Pistis, meaning : faith, trust and belief. Your belief tinges your eyesight like colored glasses. In reality, you see life through your certainties. This is why two people can physically see the same thing but make a different analysis and a different observation.

Believing that God is walking with you and with him you will make feats is a major revelation.

Have you noticed that when you gave your life to the Lord, you found the strength to do actions that you once felt could not do ? This is the result of your faith in the Word of God. You have rightly believed, "With God you will do feats." (Psalms 60.12). And that changed things.

However, this hope does not guarantee that you will succeed each time. In your conviction, there is the notion of perseverance to add as shown by the stories of Joseph, Moses or closer to us Abraham Lincoln. He lost twenty-three times in the twenty-six elections in which he participated. And it was not until the seventh day that the walls of Jericho collapsed ...

To trust the word of God is important, especially for a Christian. To believe that God is walking by your side, to have the certainty that He is your support and your refuge, to be convinced that He will not abandon you and that with Him you will make feats is a major revelation for you to live. "Everything is possible".

A prayer for today

Lord, I believe it is possible to live the life you have planned for me, amen.
