Unless God is revealed to us through personal experience, we can never really know God. Most of us know God, but knowing God is very different. We learn about God through church agencies, Sunday school, youth activities, worship services. Many people stop in their quest for God at this point. It is one thing to be introduced to a person, but it is another thing to know them personally.
Prayer for the day
Lord, you are, indeed, the good shepherd, who drives me every day. Help me to love you and to know you more deeply so that others are attracted to you.
