Do you want to fight fear ?

“The Eternal is for me, I fear nothing : what can men do to me ?” Psalm 118. 6

To develop your faith and fight the images of fear that may arise in your heart, here are eight verses to read, reread and memorize and above all to take literally !

1- “Do not be afraid, for I am with you ; do not walk around with worried eyes because I am your God ; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my triumphant right hand” (Isaiah 41:10).

2- “The Eternal your God walks with you, to fight your enemies, to save you” (Deuteronomy 20. 4).

3- “Strengthen yourself, take courage and act ! Do not be afraid, do not be dismayed, for the Eternal God, my God, will be with you. He will not leave you, he will not forsake you” (1 Chronicles 28:20).

4- “It is a snare to tremble before men, but trusting in the Eternal provides security” (Proverbs 29:25).

5- “Do not be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I called you by your name : you belong to me !” (Isaiah 43.1).

6- “The Eternal is my light and my salvation : whom shall I fear ? The Eternal is the support of my life : whom shall I fear ?” (Psalm 27.1).

7- “God himself said : I will not leave you nor forsake you. It is therefore with confidence that we can say : The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid of anything. What can a man do to me ?” (Hebrews 13. 5-6).

8- “For it is not a spirit of timidity that God has given us, but a spirit of strength, love and wisdom” (2 Timothy 1:7).

The promises of God are full of power. Read them aloud, soak up their power and you will see doors open and joy return to your heart !
