Don't wait to celebrate what God gives you

Enter its doors with thanksgiving ; and in its courts with praise; celebrate him, bless his name. Psalm 100. 4

We often tend to realize what we had when we lost it... I confess that this has happened to me so many times... Take for granted the people that God places in our lives, our friends, our families... Take for granted what I have.

This is what David reminds us of in this psalm we read above : learning to enter into the presence of God every day with thanksgiving ! In other words say "thank you" for the people and the things God gives me.

To say "thank you" to God is to value things. Saying "thank you" is celebrating others.

"To say "thank you" to God is to value things."

Whatever we learn to express gratitude for, we will always take care of it !

Everything that we will be grateful for will take on a little more value in us every day !

Everything for which we will learn to say "thank you" in our life, the devil will have a hard time coming to steal it !

When we stop giving thanks for what God gives us, we run the risk, in the short term, of becoming dissatisfied !

The devil loves dissatisfaction and frustration because it is the perfect breeding ground for betrayal, rebellion, abandonment, and contempt.

A choice for today

Dear friends, today let us refuse to take what we have for granted. Let us choose to "give thanks" ! From now on, you can say "thank you" for your family, your friends, daily groceries, whatever you have ! Gratitude is a choice, let's do it.
