Jesus' mission is not a vacation picnic. Satan is determined that this is not the case. He is the destroyer. The Lord sends his servants warning them of physical dangers.

"Do not dread those who kill the body but can not kill the soul. Instead, fear him who can destroy the soul and the body in hell" (Matthew 10:28).

What is mere physical pain compared to a life of joy and excitement for Jesus ? What is physical danger compared to the crown of life, or the marvelous work he entrusts to us ?

"Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You have received freely, give freely" (Matthew 10: 8).

"Go out into the whole world and proclaim the good news to all creation" (Mark 16:15). The Church is a Church that must "go" and not "sit down". Let's look outward, where the Lord works across the continents.

Some look inward, examine their souls to infinity, paralyzed by introspection. Jesus saves you, why worry ? Start now to help him save others.

Since the Holy Spirit has come, get up and go. He does the work, it's not you or me. "Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel" (1 Corinthians 9:16). And woe to those to whom we do not preach !
