Go (4) !

Judges 6.14 – Go with this strength you have !

You have received a strength, that of the Spirit of God. This thought is not intended to make you feel guilty or push you to testimonial quotas. Just be encouraged that wherever you are, the Holy Spirit is with you and can use you to manifest the glory of God. Remember that the Lord says to you : "Go, heal, deliver, console, liberate... I will be with you because you are the extension of my body".

Today, the Church is the body of Christ, that is to say, it is she who manifests her works in the world. Jesus “can no longer” speak Himself, nor lay on hands, nor order the release of captives because He is in glory, near the Father and praying intensely for us. But you can be his mouth, his hands, his feet, his means of blessing and love, moreover that is what he is asking of you. Go with the strength you have, if you only save one, your life will have been of great use and there will be a lot of joy when you go to heaven.

I'll end with this little story : for a few years, we visited a judge's home for foster children. There was a boy named Marc, a big guy, who was a bit of the "terror" of the home. One day when he had already been touched by the Word that we were speaking, he was setting at the counter where we were having the meetings, he looked very affected. I asked him what was going on and he replied : "I just do shit... in my life and nobody gives a damn...". I just said: "You know, when you destroy yourself like that, it affects me as if one of my children was doing the same thing...". He cried like a little child tears of repentance and he gave his heart to Jesus crying “pardon, pardon…”. Just a little love and compassion from us and the Holy Spirit will do the rest !
