God gives us good things

"Every gift of value, every perfect gift, comes from above, from the Father who is all light." James 1.17

When something goes wrong in your life, have you ever cried out : "Why, Lord ?" Some think that God sends problems to his children - sickness, chronic condition, poverty - to teach them a lesson. But that's not what the Bible says !

God is not the cause of your problems ; it is the solution !

The Bible says that God gives us good things, not problems ! I am the father of three adult children and grandfather of three young grandchildren. It would never happen to me to make them deliberately sick to teach them a lesson ! I would never deny them things they need like food, shelter or clothes !

God is the perfect Father. It only gives good things. Therefore, when a misfortune happens to you, do not accuse God. Look rather at him to be rescued. It is not the cause of your problems; it is the solution !

Action for Today

When things go wrong in your life, do not blame God ! Rather shout at him. He loves you and has only good things for you !
