God remains faithful

Imagine that one of your children is hurt and calls for help. As a parent, will you rush to his aid or will you stop to analyze the quality of his trust in you ? You will run to his side without hesitation, of course, motivated by love and concern.

What kind of earthly father would let his injured child bleed simply because the child did not express a kind of faith in him ? The same can be said of our heavenly Father. He will never let one of his children suffer alone, nor close His ears to their cries, simply because their faith in Him may be weak.

"If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, for he can not deny himself" (2 Timothy 2:13).

My faith, your faith, any faith, must be based on the goodness and concern of Heavenly Father. We are commanded to glorify ourselves in His eternal love and goodness.

"But let him that will boast boast of understanding, and of knowing me, to know that I am the LORD, who exercises goodness, justice, and righteousness on the earth ; For this is what I enjoy" (Jeremiah 9:24).

God loves His children so much that He hears even before they call. It is for this reason that David prayed : "Listen to my voice according to your kindness ! Give me life according to your judgment !" (Psalms 119: 149).

So many Christians have difficulty understanding the great love God has for them. He loves you and comes to your rescue even if your faith is weak, when you do not deserve any answer from Him - all because of His tenderness and compassion.

"The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in kindness" (Psalms 103: 8).

A great peace floods your life when you understand that God loves you deeply. He will save you and intervene in all situations of your life. Whether your faith is weak or not, nothing can prevent His great love for you !
