How many single people there are today ! God did not create man to live in miserable inner solitude. In this first Eden, God himself descended to prevent the man he had created from being lonely.

One of the most encouraging things that Jesus said to his disciples was : "And I am with you every day, until the end of the world" (Matthew 28:20). He has come to restore communion between man and God and to eliminate human loneliness. Jesus Christ will remove the loneliness of your soul. He will be your companion and friend.

Prayer for the day

You want to fill every moment of loneliness, Lord, and turn them into moments of incredible joy. That I never fear loneliness again.
