God you does it pass to second plan ?

"God does not favoritism." Romans 2.11

As a child, when I was out of school, I used to drive my comrades in front of their homes so that they could have lunch there. Once this task was accomplished, I would go behind the supermarket in our neighborhood to make the trash. Quite often, searching through the garbage for a bunch of cakes or something I could have eaten, I wondered : "Why did my friends have enough to eat and not me ?"

God is sovereign and chooses who he wants to accomplish what he desires.

And you ? Do you ever fail to understand why something happens to you when others do not ? For what reasons life seems to smile more at some and not necessarily to you ?

Does God put you in the background ? To this question, the answer is no, God does not accept anyone. On the other hand, it is his choices that differ from us. He is sovereign and chooses who he wants to accomplish what he desires.

He chose Joseph to bring the people of Israel into Egypt and thus preserve him from famine, "It is to save your life that God has sent me before you ..." Genesis 45: 5.

He chose John the Baptist to be "the voice of one crying in the wilderness" John 1:23.

He set aside the apostle Paul to be his international spokesman. "This man is an instrument that I have chosen, to bear my name before the Gentiles, before the kings, and before the children of Israel." Acts 9:15.

In fact, I could continue the list by multiplying the examples. But my main goal is to get you to understand that God's choices for you are the best. He made a choice about you and this decision is directly related to what he wants to accomplish with you.

Of course, we always have the choice to say no! I do not accept this life you reserve me, I refuse! But why ? What is better for a child of God than to be in the full will of his creator ? "For I came down from heaven to do not my will, but the will of him that sent me." John 6:38.

Whatever your life today and your expectations of tomorrow, accept now God's choices for your life. This is by far the best decision you can make.
