Herself consecrate

"And I do this because of the gospel in order to share in its blessings" (1 Corinthians 9:23).

We do not remain passionate for the Kingdom of God without consecration. It's impossible. The consecration is these moments apart from the Lord that could have been used for something else. These are times used especially to spend time with the Lord, when we have planned something else, or are busy or overwhelmed. These are search times where we desperately sigh after the Lord. We are then like Samuel who stayed in the house of the Lord, or like David who said that he preferred to live one day in his presence than a thousand elsewhere.

"The lamp of God was not yet extinguished and Samuel was lying in the temple of the Lord, where was the ark of God" (1 Samuel 3: 3). It is so good to spend time in the presence of God, there in the temple of the Lord, close to the ark of God. I must tell you a secret : the temple of the Lord is in my house. Hallelujah ! Oh that the glory of the Lord invades your life, that it invades your soul, that it invades your thoughts ! May the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ be your share ! May it be revealed to you so that you may know his love, his tenderness, his gentleness, his mercies, his eternal riches ! There are eternal riches in his glorious presence. Oh, I pray that the wonderful presence of Jesus envelops you so that you will never be the same person again. May his presence fill you and flood you now ! Hallelujah ! Jesus Christ is glorious and sits at the right hand of the majestic throne of God ! As you approach him, he will approach you and make you discover his love, his heart, his beauty ! He is so good ! When we look at him, we are radiant with joy ! Yes, the temple of the LORD is in my house, for I make my house a house of prayers and praise to the glory of my Lord. I want to stay there, close to his heart, close to the ark of my God.
