Hook on to people

The egoism is a sign of the end of time, and we must push it away from our lives. Selfishness leads us to think of ourselves from waking to bedtime. Our coffee, our car, our work, our ambitions, our meal, our parking space, our priority in line, our money, our time, our function, our break, our rest, our film, our evening, our meal, our bed, our children, our sleep... The egoism does not leave much room for people, except in the case where these serve our interests.

Love helps us to see others, and one of the things we can do when we love is to hang on to people. I have sometimes told retrograde "I was on their backs", like a man on a donkey, explaining that whatever they do, I will pray for them with perseverance. When I sit on someone's back, that person can not die or get lost. She must return to the Lord, unless God tells me to come down.

Today we welcomed emci tv a man and his family, for a consultancy and a few days of rest. Thinking back to the few words exchanged when he arrived a few hours ago, I was challenged by his lifestyle. He was happy to have some rest with his family because he had not taken any for several years, working like a madman. I thought we did not hang on to people enough. We meet people every day, we talk to them, and the story is over. But did God say that the story was over ?

How many people are we talking about without praying for them ? I am convinced that there are people around you who you see often and for whom you have never prayed. This is my case, and it must change ! I thought yesterday of the encouragement I could give to a supermarket cashier who is extremely nonchalant, but I realized that I had never prayed for her. Yet I had often seen her, and each time I had been impressed by the sadness that reigned over her face. We must pray for "the individual".
