I do not know !

1 Corinthians 13:12 - today I partly know...

I don't know why, but often we find it difficult to accept that we are not endowed with limitless knowledge. I have noticed that very often, we Christians, we have a problem : when a person asks us a question, it seems impossible to us not to answer it, even if we answer “beside”.

However, is it so necessary to have to answer absolutely and more: immediately ?

We are only human beings, endowed with more or less knowledge. There is nothing stupid about simply saying : “I don't know. I can't answer you now because I don't know everything. I'll find out and keep you posted”.

It is true that God can give us repartee at the right time, but let us nevertheless accept to be only men and women ! Certainly in God, but who still have things to learn every day : to learn from God, especially through his Word, but also through others.
