I'm going on a mission !

Ezekiel 3.5 (Word of Life) – I am not sending you to a people who speak a foreign language that is difficult to understand.

Oh how wonderful it is to serve the Lord. Every day of my life, every moment, He is the One who directs me and uses me. Dressed and shod, I will this day serve my God again. For this mission, I will have to use the transport at my disposal : car, public transport... and walk on a land strongly impregnated by Muslim culture. I will have to count on the strength of the Lord every day to be able to work tirelessly and excel in what I do, even if I must admit that it is not always easy.

But God is there, and every moment I understand that without Him, I can't do anything. He is my support. Oh, how much still today Lord for this mission, I need You. As you will have understood, there is no mission that cannot require constancy, effort, self-denial and abandonment in the hands of our Father. Yes, today I am going on a mission. Who will accompany me with his prayer so that I persevere ? Ah, but I forgot to tell you the place of my destination !

I go like every day of the week to my secular work, it is one of the mission lands to which God sends me. My friend, you who relentlessly get up every day to go to work in the secular world, you who often do violence to yourself because sometimes you want to throw everything away, hang on, if God has placed you in this job, c is that for today, this is your mission land.

The Word for you is : “Be strong and take courage ! (Joshua 1.6).
