"Seeing the crowd, Jesus was moved with compassion for her, because she was languid and downcast, like sheep without a shepherd" (Matthew 9:36).
We read elsewhere in Acts : "The Jews, seeing the crowd, were filled with jealousy, and they opposed what Paul said, contradicting and insulting him" (Acts 13:45). There are in the hearts of Christians diverse feelings in the eyes of the lost. Many people have never thought of the fact that people are lost, thus showing their lack of heart towards them. The majority is completely indifferent and others are driven by disgust or anger. Only a small proportion feels compassion.
At this party, I looked at people and began to think : "I'm going to talk to this person. Lord, this one looks so tired... " But at first I did not do anything. Finally, I arrived at a tattoo stand, where there were two people. One of them, looking sad, was a woman of about 40 years old. "Nothing like a tattoo stand to talk about Jesus, it must be the most" creepy "place of this fair ! I thought. I say directly to the woman : "Do you need prayer ? You need Jesus, "she replied that she had cancer, but was healing. That she had lived her childhood and youth in church, but that she had not followed this path. I prayed for her, feeling compassion for this woman who has suffered so much suffering far from God.
Some people think that it is hard to follow Jesus, but they do not realize that it is even harder not to follow him, or to abandon him. This woman knew that Jesus was the solution, I invited her to give her entire life to Jesus, without waiting for the next day, because her salvation was the most important thing in her life, beside all the ephemeral things of her life. this life. She was visibly touched, and her colleague kindly told me that they needed to make their day profitable, in short, that I had to leave the booth.
