In the synagogue (continued)

How can a person sit and behave as if nothing had happened when she received the Lord Jesus and is saved ? If a person believes in the Lord Jesus without feeling anything, if they do not consider it wonderful or special, we can ask ourselves if they really believe. Here there is something great, marvelous, extraordinary, special, beyond all imagination : Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God !

This man has just recovered from his infirmity ; he has just recovered his sight. We see him running immediately in the synagogues and proclaiming : "Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God !". Every believer who has seen should go to the synagogues and shout : "Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God !".

When we consider that Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God, we can only think that this is the most wonderful discovery. No discovery can be more amazing and more crucial than this one. What an immense thing for us to discover that this man is the Son of God !

Peter said to the Lord : "You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God. Jesus answered and said to him : "You are happy, Simon, son of Jonah, for it is not a human thought that has revealed this to you, but it is my heavenly Father" (Matthew 16: 16-17). While he was among us, no one knew him except those who had received revelation from the Father.

Brothers and sisters, never consider your faith as an insignificant thing. You must realize that your faith is a wonderful thing. Saul felt compelled to go to the synagogues and talk, because he knew that his discovery was so wonderful. You will do the same if you realize how wonderful what you have seen. Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God. It is an infinitely wonderful and glorious fact.
