It is in calm that your strength will be

It is in calm and confidence that your strength will be. Isaiah 30.15
In the event of problems in a relationship, we are in turn interpreter, negotiator, diplomat and peacekeeper, because good communication is essential. Nothing is more frustrating than being misunderstood... or misinterpreted, but talking is not always the solution. Sometimes speaking aggravates the crisis and it can be a mistake to absolutely want to verbalize the question.
In other words, sometimes you have to keep quiet, to better focus on how to solve the problem. God has given you the talents and skills you need to change the situation. Do not talk. Take action! The more we abuse words, the less we control them. The possibility of resolving the situation then runs the risk of flying away.
Jacques teaches us that our words have an immense power of destruction.
In James 3.5, he writes : "The tongue is a small member, but it has great claims. See how a small fire can set a great forest ablaze". Just the tone of voice can ignite a conversation! Don't let the fire come out of your mouth.
Tame your language. Be weighted ! May your words be gracious. Be positive, because God is always in control and He has a plan.
Responding well often requires calm and reflection. Sometimes it is better to remain silent. If you are anxious, you may talk too much. If you are angry, you are adding fuel to the fire. If you are too aggressive, you lose the game. The Bible says : "In quietness and confidence is your strength." This biblical principle still works.
Listen the voice of God
Let's take the time to listen to what God wants to say. Perhaps you have been hurt by words, let his life-giving Word soothe your heart.
Praying is simple. Speak to God as you would your closest friend. God loves you and he can hear everything. Here is an example of a prayer : "Father, teach me to use my words well - to be silent or to speak according to the situation - for the solution is in you. Amen."
Praise God
To praise God is to express our gratitude to him. Today, what are your subjects of recognition ? Take a time to thank the Lord.
Act today
Now, deepen what you have received. What can you put in place to apply what God has told you ? Write down concrete actions you can take.
Honor the Lord
Our journey for the day ends. Let us pray together to honor our God.
"Lord, I thank you for being the ruler of my life. Yours is the reign, the power and the glory, amen !"
