Recently, David and Hélène Bonhomme joined our church in Bordeaux. Hélène has released a beautiful book: Les fabuleuses. His talent for writing, his personality and his vision lead him to have a real impact with mothers, and also with families. Le Point magazine asked her to become a columnist, and she was invited several times on various television shows. Hélène saw all these opportunities because she became the leader of her gifts and so the doors opened before them. Its impact does not come from the fact that it dominates her husband and that her children run straight ... No, she simply dominates her gift and she advances in life. Matthieu Perraud is the head of the Children's Department of our Church. He is regularly invited to organize trainings for instructors or for Quartier Libre. He is in great demand because he is reputed to be "good" in what he does. He was never invited because he dominated with a hand of iron the children of the Church Bordeaux right bank. He is appreciated because he develops his gift and consequently the churches want to be to the benefit of his talent. It is the gift that God has entrusted to you and the way you invest yourself that paves the way for you. To dominate people, to believe that we must intimidate them to achieve our goal is contrary to biblical thought. The Romans, the Greeks and the West reason, but not God. Do not seek to impress men or to control or dominate them, just be content to release the talent that God has entrusted to you.
