Just one more step !

Joshua 1.9 – Did I not give you this command : Be strong and take courage ? Do not be afraid or dismayed, for the Eternal your God is with you wherever you go.

I noted that this recommendation was given at least five times to Joshua. Poor guy, he had to be of the “same nature” as us and crumble before the task that awaited him. Who will be able to say that it is sufficient to face all the challenges that present themselves before us ? Very often we are completely helpless and we have only one desire : to run away !

The Lord, with the sweetness that characterizes him, says to us again today : “Do not be afraid, take courage and be strengthened through my Word. I am with you, I have not abandoned you nor forsaken, I am here right by your side. Maybe you no longer see Me because your worries seem insurmountable, but be confident, I am there, Almighty to make you succeed !".

Sometimes it only takes one more step to get there. Sometimes it only takes one more prayer for the answer to come ! Constantly, the enemy, who loves to see us defeated so much, harasses us with his : "You won't make it, God has abandoned you, I'll have you, look how you are...". Let's shut his mouth once and for all by proclaiming what God has said about our lives !

My beloved, let us take heart and join hands in association. The time is near when this discouragement will be but a bad memory because we will have experienced the power and greatness of our God who is able and willing to transform our lives and our circumstances.
