Make pleasure at God

What do you think of it now ? Is it the favor of men that I seek, or that of God ? Is my desire to please men ? If I still sought to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ. Galatians 1.10

Are you really the person that God created or live you to "please men" ?

Very often, people are not themselves ...

According to the scriptures, God's will is that we do things to honor Him, to please Him in order to truly be the person He created.

When we decide to be this person, unique and different from all the others we sometimes have to face criticism. But you will not really love yourself if you do things without conviction.

Very often, people are not themselves because they prefer to follow the crowd when they know in their hearts that God has shown them a different path.

I would like to encourage you to take this step of faith and to be the person that God created. Do not let anyone determine your value. Have the courage to be different and to manage criticism.

Remember, God loves you and accepts you. He created you as you are for a reason and you have something special to offer to the world, that no one else but you can offer.

A prayer for today

Lord, I do not want to live by trying to please men. I assume my differences. I want to win your favor and be the person you created.
