The manual continues : Show the customer the advantages. Giving the right information is good but it is equally important to highlight certain characteristics of the product that are a plus for the customer, it facilitates the passage to the act of purchase. Have you ever used your product ? Do you feel comfortable when it comes to presenting it ?
Pagans are lost and do not realize the crucial need to be saved. We were among them. When you tell them about Jesus, a number of people see only disadvantages to approaching the Lord. For them, to approach God means to become religious, sad and slave to a system of laws and commandments, and they already have enough laws in the world. Aware of this fact, some churches have begun to dilute the gospel by showing only the positive aspect of the biblical message. Not that there is a negative aspect, but to be able to remain in the blessing, there is a price to pay : we must repent of our sins, turn back to our old life, die to ourselves, to give up things regularly, to get away from sin and to follow Jesus Christ closely. These churches speak only of success and happiness (often in response to the fact that traditional churches have talked so much about it for centuries).
The unbelievers do not realize that receiving the gospel is the best thing that can happen to them. They do not yet realize the extent of God's grace and the joy of eternal salvation. We must help them understand. We can ask them why they would remain in sorrow when Jesus can bring them joy. We can describe to them the way we lived before using "this product" (I use this term in these thoughts but do not use, of course, this term in our dealings with unbelievers) and what we have felt and lived. We can express to them the changes that it has made in our lives. They will realize that they do not have what you have.
