Pray, all simply !

"But without faith it is impossible to please him, for he who comes to God must believe that God exists, and that he is the rewarder of those who seek him." Hebrews 11.6

A prayer does not have to be eloquent or long. In fact, the Bible recommends that we do not continually repeat the same sentences just for our prayers to be longer. And praying aloud or on your knees, clasping your hands or bowing your head does not give them more value.

"No need to beg and beg for help, God is a good God !"

You may wish to kneel in humility or join hands, but what you need to know is that it is not your posture or the length of your prayer that makes it effective.

I remember a time when God challenged me to tell him my desires and needs with as few words as I could. I had a lot of trouble at first. For example, when we have done wrong, it is difficult to simply say : "Lord, I know it was wrong and I recognize it, I ask you to forgive me, thank you, Lord, amen."

We hear more generally : "O my God, I beg your pardon, Lord, forgive me, I beg you, Lord, forgive me, O God, you must forgive me! Lord ... I promise you not to do it again."

We need to increase our faith in God. Hebrews 11: 6 tells us that faith is pleasing to him, and that if we believe that He exists and seeks His presence, He will reward us. No need to beg and beg for help. God is a good God ! He loves you and wants the best for you.

An action for today

Spend time with God. Speak to him honestly and honestly. Discharge him from your worries. Discover his will, then follow it.
