Pray when there is an emergency !

"But God hearkened to me, he was attentive to the voice of my prayer." Psalms 66.19

After putting our lovely little girl in the world, my wife was the victim of a cerebral haemorrhage. As her vital prognosis was initiated, the doctors decided to take her to the operating theater.

The infinite power of God is at your fingertips, present him your needs !

The anesthesiologist then said to me : "I do not know if she will live !" Without force and wiped out by this situation, I took a seat in the waiting room where several families were already settled. Most of them were desperate by the trials they were going through.

After an hour of endless waiting, I decided to get up and leave this room immediately, refusing to resign myself to this situation.

Even if I could not change it, I knew someone who could do something !

Therefore I have called on the LORD. I begged him to give me back my wife! This he did not delay, since three weeks later she returned home without any sequelae.

Prayer is one of the greatest privileges of the Christian. She knows no boundaries and nothing resists her.

What is your problem ? Is there an emergency ? So pray ! Do not be fatalistic ! The infinite power of God is at your fingertips, present him your needs !

He did not changed ! His ear is always so fine to hear your voice, and his hand is not too short to answer your prayers.

A decision for today

Lord, I promise never again to resign myself to a situation, but to invoke you with conviction. Amen.
