The abundant life

He who eats of everything, it is for the Lord that he does it, since he expresses his gratitude to God. Romans 14: 6

Do you think God would have bothered to send his Son into the world if man had been able to face life and eternity alone ? The coming of Christ to the world proved that God was not happy with man's misfortune. He sent it not only so that we could have eternal life, but also so that we could have life here and now and have it more abundantly - Life with a capital L !

Jesus' teaching was unique and different. He took religion out of the theoretical category and put it into practice. He spoke with authority ! He spoke with finality ! He spoke as if he knew... and he did it ! It was not the philosopher's empty, empty conjecture, which claims to be seeking the truth, but willingly admits that he has never found it. It was rather the confident voice of the mathematician who gave his answers without hesitation, because the proof of the answers was in the problem.
