The efficiency of blood !

1 John 1.7 - But if we walk in the light, as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.

We have an innate tendency to hide when we have fallen. Shame and guilt invade us and we seek refuge in "anonymity". Now this is the whole plan of the enemy because he knows full well that the light brings the effectiveness of blood !

The blood of Jesus has extraordinary power. He is capable of removing, erasing, nullifying the greatest of offenses ! The blood of Jesus cleanses all fault, all transgression, all failure, even the most vile sin. The new hope, the new flight, the beginning again, the return to one's destiny is there : in the capacity of the blood to wipe out a clean sweep and put the counters to zero, as if there had never been a sin committed.

For this, my beloved, we need to seek the light. Our God stands in the light. It's been too long since the devil kept you locked in the cave of guilt. Come out into the light ! Who will condemn you if you are washed in blood ? Who will dare to “defy” the sentence of the Creator of the universe who says : “You are pardoned and justified” ? And if some allow themselves, it doesn't matter, what matters is the testimony that the blood gives you : purified of EVERYTHING !

When darkness assails us to try to envelop us, let's invoke the blood of the Lamb upon our lives. The blood will be just as effective for us as it was on the lintels of the houses of the Jews in Egypt : the destroyer has overridden it. If we are marked with blood, the devil will walk away without touching us !
