The initiative of the evangelist

Sometimes a person has real enemies raised by Satan. It's the demonic opposition. Then the anointing of God "breaks the yoke," that anointing is the protection of the servants of God. Often, as I go to fight beyond the gates of the enemy, I realize that the forces of the devil surround me but that these demonic armies are also encircled by the angels of God. I know that if the anointing were to disappear, these forces would devour me like ferocious wolves, ready to shred me in an instant. The enemies, the critics, the discouraging ones, will come, but the one who is anointed is invincible.

We read that the devil is a roaring lion and that reminds me of the roaring lion that was ready to devour Samson. Samson, on his way to Thimna (Judges 14:5-6), met this young predator. The lion did not know Samson, the anointed judge of Israel. It was the surprise of his life, and indeed the last. Normally, the roar of the lion terrifies the human being running away. It is then easier to catch. But when Samson heard the roars, something happened that the lion was not aware of at all ; "The Spirit of the Lord took Samson" (Judges 14:6).

When the Spirit of the Lord takes hold of men, new things are put in place. People start to resist the devil and he flees away from them.

Are you shy ? By the Spirit you will be bold. We are like lambs among wolves, but lambs are on the offensive. We have the power to stomp the scorpions, to walk on agitated waves. Through the experience of the Spirit, we are able to fight against doubt and intellect. If we live in him, we can command, cast out demons, and deliver the deliverance of body, soul, and spirit.
