You may have experienced the death of a dream or the collapse of the bridge on which your ideal future was based ! Right now, you may be suffering because of a disappointing situation ! If this is the case, you have the opportunity to experience the abundance of his presence in your life, as never before. On the way to Emmaus, two disciples left Jerusalem, the soul in pain, thinking that Jesus was dead. It's finish. More hope. Perhaps you can feel the pain of the disciples.
Take courage, you are not alone.

The two men of this story are defeated and it is next to them that Jesus comes to renew and strengthen them in their faith. Life spares no one. It rains on everyone, whether you are good or bad. If you are a child of God, know that during the trial the difference between you and the one who is not a child of God lies in the fact that Jesus is walking by your side.

Today the Lord is near you. It does not abandon you, even if you undergo the overwhelming weight of your pain. Even if you think your dream is broken, the Lord is there.

When my first daughter was born, she remained three weeks between life and death at the resuscitation service of C.H.U. Of Saint-Etienne. I did not know if she would get away with it, but I was convinced of one thing : Jesus was on the road to my uncertainty. Take courage, you are not alone.

A prayer for today

Lord, in this day my dream is broken, I do not know the outcome of this situation, but, I decide to trust you knowing that you walk near me, amen.
