The love forgives everything (continued)

Jesus does not condemn us, but he asks us not to sin anymore. And, before the message of the Gospel, we must not back down. We forgive, but we must not deny or hide the sin of people. In fact, they are not forgiven. They have so far refused God's forgiveness. In this they are not forgiven. If they were, they would be on the road to heaven. But here they are on the road to hell. And we must not make them believe otherwise.

We must forgive those who have offended us, but we can not make them believe that they are saved. Jesus forgave the adulterous woman and the paralytic man, but told them not to sin anymore, and to the latter, "lest something worse happen to you" (John 5:14). When we talk to unbelievers, we must love them and forgive them, but we can not treat them as if they do not have sin. They are sinners and they need Jesus, their only solution. It is certainly not up to us to convict them of sin, it is the Holy Spirit, but we can not play with them, eat with them, live with them, joke with them as we would with a son of God. For, until now, they are sons of Satan (John 8:44), however good they may be. Every passing second proves their rebellion to God. Too many people have used God's grace and forgiveness to excuse sin. They accepted and accepted as unacceptable the brother, and what is unacceptable is sin without repentance. They need a savior.

Another point is that God is asking us to forgive those who have hurt us, and if you have unbelievers around you who have hurt you, and you hold grudges, you are a counter-example of Gospel. You are a false witness to the gospel, and a bad testimony to the Body of Christ. This is why you must forgive and manifest the power of the gospel. You will have done your part, and they will have to do theirs by asking for forgiveness for their sins. Many people are not saved because the believers they know have been counter-examples of the gospel. They walked in hardness, indifference and revenge. They were hurt and they responded with contempt.
