The peace will accompany your goals

"You shall be led in peace" Isaiah 55.12

Sometimes we ask ourselves, "What am I supposed to do with my life ? What are my goals here ?" God answers these questions through our abilities. He uses the skills and talents he has given us to lead us to our ultimate goal.

You will know that you are fulfilling his plan when you are at peace !

The divine gifts of a person represent the skill that makes it all easy, sometimes even untrained. What one naturally does well gives a great satisfaction. So if you are not sure of your life goals, simply do what you can do best and observe God's confirmation by blessing your efforts.

Do not waste your time doing things for which you are not talented, or someone else can do better. It is when we respond to the needs of others that we are conscious of acting in accordance with our call and our gifts.

If what we do makes us unhappy and fills us with apprehension, we are probably not doing the perfect will of God. His peace and joy give us the certainty that we are fulfilling his perfect plan : "Yes, you will leave in joy and you will be led in peace."

Consider what you love, what you do well, and what God grants you the grace to do, then let God lead you. He wants to flow through you, but probably not in the same way that it flows through others.

Advice for today

Trust him completely, and do not be afraid to be unique. God has a precise place and a precise plan for each of us. You will know that you are in the right place and that you are fulfilling your plan when you are at peace !
