The power that works in you

In fact, the kingdom of God does not consist of words, but of power. 1 Corinthians 4:20

The kingdom of God is God's "system of exploitation" : it is what enables him to operate. His kingdom does not consist of empty words spoken mechanically. It is not governed by any programming scheme. It doesn't obey charts or five-year plans. The kingdom of God works by power and that power is that of the Holy Spirit who lives in every believer.

The Bible indicates the power which acts in you by the Greek word dunamis, which gave the French term "dynamite".

"Dynamite does not ignite on its own. It is up to you to ignite that power of the Holy Spirit within you."

Dynamite does not ignite on its own. It is up to you to kindle this power of the Holy Spirit within you through the reading and proclamation of the Word of God, prayer and praise.

An action for today

Light the dynamite of the power of the Holy Spirit that dwells in you every day, as you read and proclaim the Word of God, "pray in tongues" and praise Him !
