The secret of the joy

"May my joy be in you." John 15:11

Jesus said : "I have spoken thus unto you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy be complete." The joy of which Jesus speaks is unique. It has nothing to do with earthly happiness : "let your joy be complete".

Faithfully following the teachings of Christ brings real and permanent inner joy that mocks economic indicators, interest rates, state deficits, and even illness or death. There is no happiness without joy, but you can have joy without happiness !

Nothing is comparable to the love of God.

How is it possible ? Jesus told His disciples earlier, we enjoy a love that transcends all the others, the love of our heavenly Father offered unconditionally, and which lasts forever when we accept it.

Nothing is comparable to the love of God. His love is not based on appearance, personality, wealth, or even moral righteousness. It is offered without any preconditions. It is neither fickle nor fickle. You can not do anything for God to love you anymore, and nothing to make him loved less.

In addition, divine love does not just give you "warm to heart". He works tirelessly to make you make wise decisions, protects you against those without interest, and corrects you if you take the wrong ones. The love of God guarantees his approval when all the others have rejected you, his forgiveness when all others have judged you, and his clemency when all others have condemned you.

An Encouragement for Today

When you bathe in the love of God, your heart sparkles with joy. And as the world has not given you this joy, the world can not take it away from you.
