The Secret War

The Bible clearly warns us : "Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says : If ye hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the revolt" (Hebrews 3: 7-8). In other words, do not ask, as Israel did at one time in his unbelief : "Could God set a table in the wilderness ?" (Psalms 78:19).

Do not question the integrity of the Lord, nor his commitment to you, even if you are constantly fighting in your mind. God told you that He would raise you to be a testimony. He told you that He allows certain things in your life, but that all things work together for your good, because you love Him and have been called according to His purpose.

And now the Lord is calling you to stand up. He calls you to raise your head and sing the song He has placed in your heart. You are the bride of Christ and God is faithful to His reputation by keeping you and establishing a testimony of victory in you.

So write this in your heart today : "He is my glory and He who raises my head. Even if I am depressed when I go to bed at night, He is the one who will raise my head in the morning. He is the One who will give me the strength to face a new day. If God has planted a dream in my heart, it will become reality, because He has before me an open door that no one can close. No matter how many voices are raised against what God has told me, I will not harden my heart in unbelief !"

So do not lose courage in the midst of the secret war you're making. Refuses to listen to lies. Do not give up ! Listen rather to the voice of God who calls you today. He will be faithful to bring you everything you need - the strength to face the day, the courage to stand upright before all, the faith to believe that He will meet your needs.
