Fortunately, lukewarmness is not everywhere. In some places, local churches are aware of their vocation, they stand by our side and we reap together. We must pray for local churches and their leaders. It is necessary to exhort the members of the assemblies and their pastors to evangelize unceasingly. We must train the believers, the young, the emerging evangelists.

You have to go outside, hand out leaflets, knock on doors. It is vital that the Church awake now because if she does not, she risks a painful awakening... It will be in the middle of a Europe invaded by sects, esoteric movements, but also in the middle of a Europe where fundamentalist Islam has gained a lot of ground. Have we already forgotten the parable of the tares ? The tares are the enemy that sowed them, that is, the devil (Matthew 13:25). The tares are also the sons of the evil one, that is, the false prophets (Matthew 13:38). And the mission of the Church is not to tear away the tares (Matthew 13:29), but to wake up to sow in the field of the world and sow very tight, so as to leave as little space as possible the rye grass.

Have you made your choice ? Sleep or waking ? If it is the awakening, then answer the command of Jesus who commands everyone to go and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). Let us remember the severe reproach the Lord has addressed to the Laodicean Church for its lukewarmness. He summoned her to repent (Revelation 3: 15-19) !

The Lord exhorts us to learn from the ant, he tells us : "Go to the ant, lazy ; consider his ways, and become wise. She has neither chief, nor inspector, nor master ; she prepares her food in the summer, she collects food during the harvest. Lazy, how long will you be sleeping ? When will you rise from your sleep ? (Proverbs 6: 6-9)
