The Word of God always has the last word !

“Your word, Lord, is established in heaven forever.” Psalm 119. 89

Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones said, "All that matters is the Spirit and the Word, the Spirit covering the Word, the Spirit reigning in us as we read the Word..."

You say : "It is impossible..." but His Word says : "What is impossible with men is possible with God" (Luke 18.27).

You say : “I am at the end of my strength…”, but He tells you : “Those who rely on the Lord renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31).

You say : "No one loves me!" but He replies : "I love you with an everlasting love !" (Jeremiah 31. 3).

You moan : “I can't continue!” and He says to you : “My grace is sufficient for you” (2 Corinthians 12. 9).

You say: “I don't know what to do anymore” and His Word answers: “He will guide your steps” (Proverbs 3. 6).

You say : “I am unable to do this” and His Word says : “I can do anything through him who strengthens me, Christ” (Philippians 4:13).

You say : "It is not worth it" but His Word says : "Let us not neglect to do good, for we will reap in due time if we do not slack off" (Galatians 6: 9).

You say : “I cannot forgive myself…” and His Word says to you : “God has forgiven you in Christ” (Ephesians 4:32).

You say : “I can't make ends meet !” and His Word affirms : “God will supply all your needs…” (Philippians 4:19).

You admit : "I'm scared !" and His Word says to you : "Indeed, it is not a spirit of timidity that God has given us, but a spirit of strength, of love and of wisdom" (2 Timothy 1. 7 EJV 21).

You say : “I cannot face it” and His Word tells you : “Cast your worries on the Lord and He will sustain you…” (Psalm 55. 22).

You say : “I'm not smart enough !” and He answers you : "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God..." (James 1.5).

You say : “I feel so lonely” and He tells you : “I will never forsake you, I will never forsake you” (Hebrews 13.5).

Billy Sunday once said : "The Word of God is my dry land and if this book were to fall apart, I would for sure fall apart with it !" So let His Word always have the last word !
