The Word of God speaks louder

Our ministry has a website that receives messages from Christians all over the world. At this very moment, believers from different nations are writing the same thing : fear takes over. As prophesied in Scripture, God shakes everything that can be shaken and it is difficult to grasp the whole upheaval that is taking place.

With all this, anxiety is spreading and Christians are not immune to it. Many people write to us about great storms in their lives : financial crises, family problems, depression, suffering. Some are submerged beyond imagination - and the problems do not seem to stop happening.

Sometimes our greatest fears and hardships come from the suffering of those closest and dearest to us. Many members of God's people shout : "Lord, enough! Your word promises deliverance. You said you would not let me endure more than I can withstand without a way out. But where is this loophole now, in the midst of my greatest ordeal ?"

Whenever we face hardships and difficulties, the devil advances to take advantage. Scripture describes it as a great river of fears rolling over us, wave after wave. These demonic rivers even have a voice : "The rivers rise, O LORD ! Rivers raise their voices, rivers raise their resounding waves" (Psalms 93: 3).

Have you noticed that troubles and afflictions often come in waves ? As you struggle against one problem, another follows in his wake. The Apostle John spoke for many who today are carried away in a state of stress : "And with his mouth the serpent cast water like a river behind the woman, to train him. by the river" (Revelation 12:15).

But God responds to all the voices of the demonic river : "More than the voice of the mighty ones, the mighty waters, the rushing waters of the sea, the LORD is mighty in the heavenly places" (Psalms 93: 4). To put it simply, the Word of God speaks louder than all the rivers we can face. His greatness exceeds even our greatest trials.
