Through each test

We must choose between living a life filled with fear and worry, or a life filled with trust in God. If we allow ourselves to worry about something, today we will worry about two things tomorrow. To summarize, our fears will continue to grow when our waves of problems continue to swell. And then, if we do not control our fears, our worried mind will continue to descend into a bottomless pit.

We must simply become truly convinced that we are loved by Heavenly Father, no matter how intense our trials are. We may hear the voice of fear raging in the midst of waves of unchained problems, but David clearly testified : "The voice of God resounds over the flood !" "The LORD was on his throne in the flood; The LORD on his throne reigns eternally "(Psalms 29:10).

When devastating waves come into their lives, people experience an "eclipse of faith." The testimonies I've heard all have something in common: a dark night for the soul. Over the years, I have become convinced that a faithful servant of Christ faces such a crisis at one time or another. I spoke with those who describe a time when everything seems to be under a cloud of darkness, while the voice of God is silent. They tried everything they knew to hear something from heaven, but the darkness continued.

It is during this kind of time that Scripture says that we must know and believe that God loves us. When our world is upside down, we become more vulnerable to the lies of the Enemy. Satan will try to use our trials to draw us into a pit of despair. During these moments, it is vital to rely on our knowledge of the love that God has for us.
