To be irresponsible, or to save the sinner ?

I dreamed that I was in the water and that a huge fish was almost in my arms. I grabbed it and put it on the huge boat I was on. I was impressed to have found such a big fish. It was about 1.70 meters. When I put him up to my height, he had a human face, the face of a girl ! He could understand, think, but he did not seem to be able to speak. I was thinking of selling it to a fish seller. As I struggled in my thoughts, telling myself that despite its difference this creature had to live, I imagined it would be horrible when this fish with feelings and intelligence would end up in the room where he was going to be executed and see the blood of other fish being killed before him... Meanwhile, a man who apparently was a preacher was sleeping in what appeared to be our home. He had spent the night with a girl he had met the day before and had slept with her. It seemed that this girl had big problems in her life...

When I woke up, I thought of this verse : "It is not those who are well who need a doctor, but the sick" (Matthew 9:12). In this passage, as Jesus was at table in a house, many publicans and bad people came to sit down with him and his disciples, and the Pharisees were indignant. In my dream, there was, on the one hand, this preacher who lived in sin and had sexual relations with an inconvertiveness who was in need, and on the other hand, this fish (symbol of lost souls in the Gospels), which symbolized a different woman, not being of sufficient value to let her live. Jesus was constantly surrounded by publicans and bad people. He ministered to prostitutes, sinners, the blind, lame, lepers, pariahs, etc. Let us never be like this preacher, devoid of intelligence and fear of God, sleeping a sleep that will lead him to hell, but let's be this person for whom this fish, even if it is "different", has a pretty great value for us to liberate him, for the true freedom that is in Christ.
