Treat the problems of character

"I am the true vine, and my father is the vine grower. Every branch that is in me and that bears no fruit, he takes away ; and every branch that bears fruit, he prunes it to bear more fruit" (John 15: 1-2).

I have friends who have started wanting to bring more fruit. They opened a prayer and evangelism group to reach their village to Christ. And when they began to pray with perseverance, a lot of "weird" things started to happen. We must be ready, when we begin to attack the kingdom of darkness, and resist intimidation. These friends have strengthened themselves in Christ and, by humbling themselves before the Lord, have resisted the devil and are even more determined to bear more fruit for the King of glory.

We need to be cut for many reasons, but the main thing is that we need to be more fruitful. If we have anger issues, how can we win the world ? If anger stops or shows up too regularly, how could love bear fruit through us ? Our message will be diluted because of our character and it will lose its strength. That's why we have to give up anger, we have to give up the lie and everything that could prevent us from moving forward. We need a powerful vision, and we will soon realize that anger and lies can not accompany us.

You may have character problems, and you have to deal with them. The best way to treat them is to let God do it. But how ? Do you just have to wait without doing anything ? No. You must abandon them at the feet of the Lord, with all your heart, and repent, that is to say, resolve with all your heart never to accept them again, by abandoning them. And then God will strengthen you, purify you still. You will be holy, because he is holy, and you will be able to win the world.
