Trust the Bible, for it is the truth !

"[...] that the writings of the prophets may be fulfilled." Matthew 26:56

The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus fulfilled twenty-five different prophecies of the TA. The chance that this was happening was simply unimaginable !

What seems impossible to you at the moment, is only a day of work for God.

The mathematician Peter Stoner explained it in these words : "If you cover the state of Texas with a thickness of fifty centimeters of a dollar coin, and put a mark on a single piece, what would be the probability that, A blindfolded person finds this piece on the first attempt ? It takes the same probability for eight prophecies to be fulfilled for a lifetime, and Jesus has accomplished twenty-five in one day !"

Let's look at some of them :

1. "... they pierced my hands and my feet" (Psalms 22:17).

2. "They share my garments, they draw lots for my coat" (Psalms 22:19).

3. "That day ... I will make the sun set at noon, and [...] I will darken the earth in broad daylight" (21).

Jesus had planned everything, even the betrayal of Judas, the hypocrisy of the priests and the denial of Peter. Why ? "That the writings of the prophets may be fulfilled."

That is why you can trust the Bible because it is the truth.

Another thing is true, God : "Can do infinitely beyond all that we ask or think ..." (Ephesians 3:20). Observe these words : "infinitely beyond".

A word for you today

What seems impossible to you at the moment, is only a day of work for God. So start trusting him to do it for you.
