Our world is accelerating at all levels on the fast track of progress : innovative technologies, continuously expanding social networks, fashions for all tastes and thrilling entertainment of all kinds...

Yet, as you read this meditation, have you truly found your place in this ocean of glitter ? Do you feel completely fulfilled on this path of extraordinary modernity or do you discern in the secret garden of your heart a void that you cannot fill ? Do not all the lights that surround our daily life suddenly turn pale when we encounter a personal difficulty or when we look at human suffering ?

If today you feel like you are sitting by the side of the road in this world, you no longer have to worry about feeling lonely or lost : turn your gaze to Jesus Christ. He stands at the door of your life to give full meaning to your existence and to remind you with love and patience : “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14.6)

Where you are, open your heart to the call of Jesus so that his joy may flood with light and hope the cracks of your wounds caused by the vagaries of life.

5.1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
