Wake up the others by your exemple

It is not up to us to judge the people of our church to know if they fulfill the great mandate left by Jesus Christ. It is rather our role to judge ourselves and to take the appropriate resolutions for this inventory. We are not blind and we may find it crazy that no one around us seems interested in lost souls, but that should not lead us to judge them. Rather, we must go forward, do what God has told us, and why not, lead by example and become a source of inspiration for those around us. We can pray for them, without judgment but with sincere love, so that God will ignite them for His glory and make them mighty soul-winners. We must not go to King Saul and tell him that it is intolerable that there is no evangelistic group in our church, but if there is this lack, we should begin to do so. ourselves with fidelity, then take a brother or sister with us.

While writing this thought, I wanted to take a break because it's getting late and I'm on a plane, and I realized that of all the passengers, only my light was on. Sometimes we have the feeling of being alone, and sometimes even the only one to enlighten. But we forget the pilot and the co-pilot. Certainly, someone drives the boat and we do not see it. A brother whom we neglect prayed for us to have this zeal today, a sister prayed for us to win this fight, a Samuel has anointed us with his prayers and we may have forgotten him. If your light shines, glory to God, but if the light of others does not seem to shine, show them how to shine theirs. They may not understand why they should light it, they may not realize that it is so dark outside, but sooner or later, by your prayers, your cry of anguish for the salvation of souls will be like the cry of a baby crying in a plane and waking everyone up. The Holy Spirit will speak so loudly through your example and your prayers that the church will be strong, and that once the giant is defeated, everyone will rise with all his heart and start going, running with all his might to the pursuit Philistines !
