Confront your doubts to God's word

"We destroy pretentious reasoning, and all haughty power that stands against the knowledge of God. We captivate every thought to bring him to obey Christ." 2 Corinthians 10.5

When we enter the process of renewing our intelligence, we may encounter failures.

God knows very well that we are not perfect and he is always there to help us get back on track. Unfortunately, the devil, too, knows that we are not perfect, and he does everything in his power to remind us at every moment.

When these doubts come your way, do not be discouraged.

We can be persevering in service to God, the practice of good, and walking by faith, when suddenly, for no apparent reason, we spend a day or a whole week being attacked in our minds.

Satan tells us that we are failures, that what we do is not good enough, that God does not love us ... and so on.

Fortunately, the Word of God tells us exactly what to do in this situation. 2 Corinthians 10.5 tells us to bring every thought captive to obedience to God. When the devil lies to you to try to make you doubt, read the Word and find the truth that refutes this lie.

When these doubts come your way, do not be discouraged. But confront each lie with the Word of God. It works every time !

A prayer for you today

Lord, I will not let the lies and doubts sent by the enemy make me doubt your grace and your blessings. I believe what your Word says and I submit my thoughts to your authority !
